3. Visa Applications

Visa approvals are at the sole discretion of the UAE immigration authorities. Alpine Elite Tourism is not responsible for delays, rejections or changes in visa policy. Fees for processing may be non-refundable once submitted.

4. Liability

While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
